Education for the future
Environmental education is one of the pillars on which Marevivo’s history is built—a tangible expression of the Foundation’s commitment to cultivating knowledge, awareness, responsibility, and care.Marevivo brings environmental education to the places where everyday habits are formed: schools, families, communities, and among maritime professionals.For us, education means turning knowledge into responsible choices.Through programs delivered locally, nationally, and internationally, we help children, young people, and adults understand how every action—individual or collective—affects the protection of biodiversity and the quality of life on our planet, now and in the future. These are pathways that make us both promoters and learners, embracing continuous learning that helps us grow and navigate the complexity of a world changing before our eyes.
Our project
Guardian Dolphins
It brings environmental and sustainability education programmes to primary and lower-secondary classes on Italy’s smaller islands.
Nauticinblu
The programme engages students from Nautical Institutes across Italy and select secondary schools in Spain, Greece, and Portugal, with the aim of deepening knowledge of the Blue Planet.
Il Mare a Scuola
A campaign to promote activities in schools at all levels that raise students’ awareness of the importance of environmental—especially marine—conservation.
